Expect a 9GB patch with Halo 5: Guardians

Halo 5: Guardians will be officially releasing globally on October 27, 2015. For consumers downloading the digital version of the game, you can expect your download to clock in at 46.19GB.

Once installed, Halo 5: Guardians will then prompt consumers to download the update file for the title. The update file, which comes in at 9GB, will essentially contain the title’s multiplayer and map content. If you are an uncapped client, this will not be a problem; however, utilising mobile data for this will cost local consumers a rather pretty penny.
